Sorry about that. Enjoy your company. Brenda and I had not had a new major purchase since the late 80s early 90s. For me the terminology, formality, and the posture of the union between owner, dealer, and manufacturer has changed and needed defining. We are still working through it however we'll get there. In hindsight, I would not have picked the coach up until all the shortcomings were remedied and a better PDI was performed. My fault not particularly Rob's.
