Shore line will not recharge battery

I'm an owner of a sunset trail St 198 RB. Problem: When shore line is plugged in it does not recharge the 12V battery...battery slowly drains and I can't operate slide out, awning or anything else😬...

Thanks to all..I do have the newer model that doesn't use a crank...the literature with the trailer described the crank out model...am not blind after all...sincerely appreciate input from everyone....
