On the 2013 305sk the water pump is in the cabinet under the counter to the right of the sink. It is accessed by removingthe left handpanel in the space underneath the counter.

We have the cloth, not the leather option. The chair tucks in relatively secure between the frig and the sofa, near the rear of the coach when travelling, but you're right, not ideal.
