Hmm the plot thickens, thanks for the info. Think i need to find a different place to get my tanks filled. My supposedly full 30's weigh 50 and my 20 weigh 25.

oops yes your right i forgot to mention i was...

oops yes your right i forgot to mention i was going to replace it with pipe.
Also forgot to mention when i need to switch back to large tank i just unscrew the pipe and put tank on top of bottom...

Right now i don't need 2 30gal tanks so i modified the holder to carry 20lbs tanks. I got a piece of threaded gas pipe screwed flange on bottom. Bolted flange to original carrier. Used piece...
