The bumper is almost flush with the rear wall, so the only viable spot to hang from the bumper is below. The spare tire hangs below the bumper.

OK, stupid question: I look under the trailer and it is enclosed-do I cut through to expose the structural beams, or is there some way to remove the enclosure without cutting?

I have a Supertube sewer hose carrier to install on my trailer. The simplest install seems to be attached to and under the bumper, but the best spot might be behind the wheels forward of the sewer...
