Thank you I have watched all the videos but where does it show how to get slide out far enough to access the retention screw. They all show how to get it in. The wires are broke of the right side...

Is there a way to get slide out by hand. The wires have come off the motor and I need to get at the retention screw at the back of the motor. I did not want to have to pull the caps off and trim on...
