Question Suggestions needed for LED strips

Anyone add LED's to their undercarriage? The LED that illuminates my outdoor kitchen and area above my couch and dinette is blue. Looking to add some outdoor undercarriage accent lighting to match. Any ideas or suggestions as to where I can find them and how to install?

Thanks,

Doug

I used 12v dc. Not the 110 ac adapter
Tied it in the 12v power plug in the cargo bay

Ebay and Amazon have endless offers. For exterior I would suggest the completely submersible ones with a radio frequency remote rather than infrared so you can use the remote anywhere near the control box, inside or out. With IF you have to point the control at the visible box like most tv remotes. If you can wait, its cheaper to order them direct from China via Ebay, which is what I did without issues. I went crazy and wired white ones under the bathroom medicine cabinet and around the shower ceiling to lighten up a dim space when I flip the switch. Kitchen cabinet lights are next. Have fun!

Better buy 3-4 sets, from reading on this forum & coupe others they quit working about as fast as they replace them.

I have this same set - purchased on Amazon. Be aware that even though the light strips are waterproof, the Output Controller is not (white box with IR sensor). My started acting up and essentially the lights were staying on (albeit very dim).

I installed a new Output Controller about a month ago, made my connections and using liquid electric tape, tried to seal it as best as possible. So far, so good.

I've had 5 or 6 strips of lights and have never had problems with any of them. I think the ones with all the problems are the ones Crossroads was installing during manufacturing. I have installed white ones in various house closets and the basement and white and color ones in the 5'er without issues but waterproofed or mounted in the dry everything but the waterproof light string itself. Silicone caulk is your friend both for sealing connections and mounting firmly. The mounting tape on the back is only so so. I get the 5050 led light strings because the leds are brighter than most of the others.

Check out Bluewater LEDs.
Just put some on my set up and love them.

Used these before on my boat and other trailers.
