How often do you repack your wheel bearings??

I do each spring when I de-winterize. I also check the brakes and adjust them while in there. Then depending on usage I jack up the wheel and give the ez-lube a pump or two. That is also a good time to inspect the suspension.

I repack mine around 10k and replace around 30k. When l replaced them l went with all timken bearings,seals and races

I bought my 5th wheel in 2007. I average about 5k miles/year with at most 8K. I skipped lubing the sealed bearings the first year. When I serviced the trailer the 2nd year they had to replace the wheel bearings. Cheap bearings? Poor mfr? Since then I have them checked every year. My service man at Beaver Camper is excellent and I rely on him to decide if they need repacking. Generally, he repacks every other year.
