Cruiser exterior parts

Unfortunately, about a month ago, I forgot about how much tighter my 5er turns in relation to the tow vehicle and tangled with a green metal gate post. In sourcing out the needed parts I discovered my local Crossroads dealer was having difficulty coming up with exact parts or not @ all. So I'm having a little better luck contacting Crossroads dealers E of the Mississippi.....IMG_20170607_110726066_HDR.jpg

I had a tire fly through my sidewall last year after it had snapped the 6 lugs. It was only 1 year old. When they were repairing it, Crossroads couldn't send an end cap to finish the repair. It was no longer available. 1 YEAR OLD AND THEY DIDN'T MAKE IT ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Contact Tiara Rv in Elkhart Indiana with your vin#, they have been able to either get me the parts or give me links to vendors that have them.

Exterior parts

While waiting for exterior parts to show I went ahead and removed the green paint and did a little straightening and adjusting here and there with the end result being not too bad compared to what it did look like....

Wondering if anyone knows if bondo can be used as repair filler for the scratches in the fiberglass siding incurred in this accident?

Ouch! I know that made you sick. Never a white post when you need one.

If the scratches are not too deep, use a putty glaze instead of the bondo. eg.:glaze

Easy to use and sand.

Once you fill the scratches then what? You can't spot paint those areas of gel coat or in my opinion it will look worse than some small scratches.
