2010 Crossroads ZT250RK Support

I called Crossroads support about getting support documentation on our newly acquired 2010 Zinger. The girl said the company was purchased in 2017 and they don't have anything that old. Does anyone have links to the owner's manual and the appliance specs for 2010? Last night, the furnace wouldn't come on.

Check in the documents section on the top of the page for manuals.

Welcome to the forum. I know it sounds silly but did you have your propane on. And if had recently been turned on did you try lighting the stove to bleed the lines. Also, might want to check to make sure mid day era hadn’t stopped up the furnace. Also give us more info: Did it try to light, light and go out, or do nothing?

Hello and welcome: flowers:.

The owners manual that comes with the camper is very generic. It should have also came with manuals on all the appliances. If you can access the furnace and get a model number you can look up the manual on line.

If you could please give us more information about the furnace like was it on and would not come back on or would it not turn on at all? Did the blower run? Do you have gas and is it turned on? The more information you can give us the better we can help: thumb:.

Thanks for the quick help everyone. My stepson is living in this RV as of last Saturday 4.5 hours away from me. The furnace is Atwood 8500-IV-LD. Thankfully he has an electric space heater. The gas was on, thermostat set to FURNACE/AUTO. He said it was blowing cold air. We're new to RVs, so I have some research to do. I assume the pilot light is automatic, but ignorant as to priming/bleeding, etc. the lines.

Check for obstruction in gas tubes, spiders love the coziness. Are propane tanks filled? Is changeover valve - if two tank system, functional? Will other gas appliances function?
