Hi everyone. Does anyone no how to turn the temperature up on electric Fireplace? I can't get it to go higher than 72. Thanks

I think on ours there is a lo-hi setting,push button on remote once for lo twice for high.Also the grill will fold down where you see the red light and there is a wheel setting for temperature.

Google the brand name of the fireplace and see if you can download the operating manual.

I believe you have to push and hold till it blinks then it will move a degree every time you push the button? Been awhile since I used it. No wheel on mine. Push button only.Edited by: Tim D

Thanks everyone. Figured it out. I had to hold down heat button for 5 seconds then was able to move up the heat . thanks
