Metal power box dislocated from Frame

I went to check on my trailer (240BH) at the storage facility the other day and noticed a standard "outlet" size silver metal box with wires coming into and out of hanging down below the trailer to the left of my slide out (looking at the side of the trailer) underneath. Upon further inspection, it looks like the box is suppose to mount to the main frame some how? There are wires in black flex tubing coming through the frame into the box then wires coming out of the bottom of the box going under the slide. Can anyone take a look under at that location and let me know how that box is mounted so I can fix it?

Thank you

Take the cover off. I think it's suppose to be screwed or bolted to the frame. Also look at the frame where that box would sit if you held it up there. If it was anchored, you should be able to see it/how. It's possible it got out of the factory without being attached.

Thank you. I just wanted to make sure I had the orientation of the box correct so it doesn't get pulled off by the slide if I mount it wrong. I'll take a flashlight next time I check it and see if I notice any screw/bolt holes in the frame. I'll have to take the black covering off the undercarriage to get on the other side of the frame if it is bolted with a nut.

Take the cover off the box, if it was ever attached it will have the head of something, screw or bolt still inside.

It is not bolted , just screwed with a self tapping screw . No need to get behind the black plastic, but if you take a few screws out from the black plastic ,you will be able to pull it down a few inches and look inside with a flashlight to just see how things are located there..ie:hose from water tank to see if it is not kinked,or see furnace ducting .

Much appreciated. I think I'll try to at least bolt it on so it doesn't pull out again.
