Update: So, we've brought our trailer home with an unrepaired leak after the dealer told us we would be charged $5 per day if we left it there. It was time to move on anyway as I'm sure is clear from earlier posts. I've just come inside on this rainy day after mopping up water again and placing towels and fans around to dry up the mess in hopes of preventing more water damage.
The water looks like it is coming in along the bottom of the wall to the right of the master bed, ahead of the window. We have seen it there before. There is no water in the front "underneath" storage area...only along the front inside to the right, and under the bed. There is also no water on the wall under the window or near the door.
As I suspected from the beginning, I believe this is a leak somewhere in the roof. The trailer is tilted slightly to the right side so that probably explains why it is coming out the wall there this time instead of out the wall above the slide out.
Obviously we can't accept or live with this continuing issue on our new trailer but we aren't sure what to do next. Wondering about social media. Saw some TV shows where consumers only got action after posting their issue on Twitter, etc.
