Just to let everyone know, I talked to Denny this evening and everything is good. M&L Acres for the meals is set up so bring your appetites as there is more food than you can imagine. Looking forward to a great Rally!!!

To the Factory administration:

You are wasting your money on pizza for Sat. With the huge breakfast and the dinner on Sat. no one will want pizza. You tried it before and moved it to Fri. night which works out great. If you look at the sign up sheet you will see that there are 37 units attending the rally. We will definitely need the tent and the table and chairs set up by Thur. as we are having a pass-a-dish for anyone who shows up early. From past experience your people should know how big the crowd has gotten.

I'm glad things are getting sorted out for the rally. This is our first and we are very excited to attend. We'll be there on Friday afternoon.

Oh ya, although we're pretty good at backing up, we still have our moments. MrMike, I'm with you!

You are right and I've tried to explain to the new marketing dept that the Pizza should be delivered on Friday noght as it has been in the past because we are going to be having an Amish Dinner being delivered to us in the evening at 6:30 pm;Be sure to post a message back to this marketing dept with your concerns!!!!

Now if we onlycan get the marketing dept to listen to our needs & concerns forthe Rally will be a success this year

Having a tent delivered Thursday & set up with tables & chairs

Pizza & pop delivered Friday night

Factory tour hours changed to 10 am to 11am since we

will be eating our breakfast

between the hours of 8:- 10 am at the Amish Acres!!!

Looking forward to our old friends & new friends.

have already registered and called the campground to verify that they have

spots open. I just need to have my registration confirmed so I can get my

payment sent in. Hopefully I will get that confirmation soon. </span>

Not be be ungreatful for pizza on Saturday but as someone has already mentioned we will beeating Amish mealsfor breakfast and dinner, I do not think I could eat anything for lunch.I am just trying to plan for Friday as I do not know when we will be getting in as to whether we should find something to eat Friday or if there will be the pizza like last year? Again please do not take this as a complaint just trying to check. Thanks for all yours and Denny's work that is put into this. This will only be our second rally so the only one I have to go by is last year. But we hope to make this a yearly trip. Thanks Again!

you might get the confirmation, however if not & you have made the registeration at the campground you might just pay Denny when you meet him!

Yeah, I've thought about doing that too. I would just feel a lot more comfortable with the confirmation. I'd just hate to drive the 150 miles to find out it's not going to work. I have already left Denny a voice mail and sent an email, I'll just have to wait until he gets back to me. Thanks for the replies.

No...I will not be making PIE...I will be EATING PIE at the Blue Gate and what ever I bring back to the camper, which could involve a variety of samplings due to the amount of time we will be in the area...I will still be making cobbler for Thursday night.....now which kind to make...hmmm

normaly Denny will confirm a name when he gets the check, your name should go from red to black when he has recived payment! At least that has been the way in the past.
