I can't stand it. First there is DW's and that didn't make sense and was explained. Now SOB's. Now I know what those were in the Army and in common vernacular but this RV language has got me.

Ok, explain SOB's???

Correction, there are no slots open for the 18th and 19th so we will be nearby until the 20th. Unless something comes open between now and then. They have another rally taking place until the 20th. Had made our reservations back in August last year before we knew that we could go earlier. Hope that something opens up before then. Jim

They have a rally right up to ours and one starting the Monday after ours.

Jim, there is a KOA park about two miles down the road from Buckhorn if you want to be really near by for a couple of days prior to your reservation.

WOW!! Two of them during the middle of the week!!
I'll bet they're all old farts that don't have to punch a time clock any more.

Well we got our trailer back today. So far it looks like they got everything on the list repaired but only time will tell.

Russ, are you going to be in Alpine until the rally or headed someplace else on the way East?

Keith-

Ironically, we met the owners of Take-it-Easy RV Resort in Kerrville while in Tucson. They offered us a free night at their place, so...we're leaving Apine on Monday for Kerrville for a couple days then down to Corpus for a week or so and back up to Kerrville for the Rally. After that, off to Galveston and on to Louisiana. Then....? It looks like an early spring in Breckenridge and neighbors there say the ground might appear this month. Shocking! Might get to go home early for a longer flower growing season?

Keith,
Looks like lots of good food! Add us to the list for:
Romaine Ranch Salad on Friday and Cornbread, butter, honey on Saturday
We will be there for breakfast Saturday & Sunday

I couldn't get off work on Thursday, much to Rich's chagrine. So we'll be rolling in on Friday around 1.

See you then!
Tricia & Rich

A truck, a trailer, and 2 happy campers

Tricia, you are on the list. And tell Rich that getting there about 1:00 on Friday will be good. That gives those of us that are there time get all our chairs in place around your site to give him pointers while he is backing in and setting up......

I have 32 lbs of Pinto Beans, 4 lbs of salt pork, and 5 lbs of special seasoning. That should be enough to raise a few campers... My arrival time is classified information, no bleachers by my spot....
