I am home from the hosp now, thanks for all the prayers. This was my first surgery and hosp stay and I am still on a liquid only diet. Lost a lot of sleep also. Dr. says I can't lift anything heavy for 30 days. And this was the week to clean out the Cruiser from 7 months of living and put the hitch back in the truck. While we were looking forward to the rally, it is best if I minimize the burden on Eileen and we just stay home and get some much needed recovery time. The rally should be great. If anyone wants to stop by and see our new house, you are all welcome and we would enjoy the visit.

Prayer is a wonderful thing. I am glad to hear you are doing well...and you are right, you should rest and recover at home...I am hoping to make the Texas Rally next year...look forward to meeting you then...be well.

If the Dr says you can travel and Eileen wants to clean up the trailer a bit I can guarantee you we will get you to the rally and back home. You do what is best for you but help is available. Our current plans are to be going down 281 headed for Johnson City early afternoon on Thur and your place wouldn't be a big detour. Could leave earlier on Thur if needed to.
If a little prayer is good think what a lot can do!!!

Praying for speedy recovery. You probably need some R & R after rebuilding. I'm wondering who is going to supervise Keith's waterleaks this year?!?!?!?!?!

My circle driveway can handle at least 5 rigs, my SIL is an electrician so getting power wouldn't be a big problem. Overflow parking across the street on the neighbors now totally barren 6 acres. So, the offer still stands. As a bonus, bring a chainsaw and take all the firewood you want. P.S., looks like you all will have great weather for the rally, enjoy.

Keith,
We are at buckhorn and hooked up at 4:30 ,I believe we are the first to arrive! Does this mean
we get a free adult beverage or do we have to drink our own? We are slot 6094 on the end.

Keith;
Do you need something checked on. We are at the KOA for a few days.We did not even try Buckhorn with the CAT rally going on.
Larry;
Keep getting better and we will all keep praying for You and Eileen.
Russ;
We ditched the snow so Joyce can relax
Frank;
Tell Hoover the beer appears to have made it safe and sound.
Tomorrow I believe we will go to Fredricksburg and try some Texas Hill country wine, With 10 wineries or so we will have to make a day of it with lunch or else we may meet the Texas rangers and we dont mean the baseball team

Bruce, you have it backwards. The first to arrive has to provide the frosty adult beverages to all the attendees arriving after them. I am sure I posted that somewhere in all these pages......
Eric, no I did not need anything done just checking to see who the early birds are. We hope to roll in there around noon tomorrow.

Since I'm terrible with names and it's my first time with the group we picked up a package of the "My Name Is" tags at Wally world...
Just FYI

George, I do not envy your drive. Long and straight with not much to look at. At least you will get there before the front hits Friday. Just a cool front nothing major.
