We bummed we missed the rally this year and I hope we have no other plans to interfere with the rally next year. I was wondering if anyone happen to ask the Crossroads team if they we going to start paying attention to this forum? and if so what was their response

Most people are reporting a great rally. They have told of good support from Crossroads. I hope this is the start of re-connecting with the total customer base. More input from CR on this forum would be good. Secondly I would like folks who have little or no issues to report it.
We are CR owners . IMOH.

There was discussion and a question raised about the forum monitoring. Crossroads replied that the forum monitoring was on their "to do" list as they realized this was a huge area of opportunity. As others have said....a GREAT RALLY!!!

Great rally. Big thanks to those who stepped up to organize and interface with Crossroads. Crossroads stepped up and did a very good job. For those who did not or could not attend, Crossroads had many reps there and answered all questions head on, some more difficult than others. As for the forum monitoring the answer was, they admitted this short fall and it was on their "to do" list. 'Good grief" give them some credit. Met some old friends and made some new ones. Looking forward to next year!

Appreciate your comments and it is good news that it was a good rally. "To do list, give use some credit they have not monitered this forum in years. Some companys pay for customer input and they have ignored it. As a result of thier indifference the ferver of the forum members is compounded.
I have a good CR product fortunatly, and I recognize that problems exist throughout this industry but we still expect a good rapport with the manufacturer.
I do hope this is possibly a new start and CR and it will again be the company that influenced me to buy thier product.

We arrived home safely from an awesome time in Niagra Falls.No problems with the rig on our trip, our friends all had tire blow outs and 1 had a flat. It was great meeting new folks and getting to know more about our camper line.

Someone tole me that the 2014 rally is the same weekend but one day earlier, Friday July 18 thru Sunday, July 20.

Is there a new site up yet for 2014 Rally? I tried to get to the campground through your first post (that was for this year) and the site does not exist anymore. Haven't found any pictures yet either? Good seeing you and Sue this year. Good time was had by all.
