No offense taken. I have just not been able to be online much the last few days. As to a partier in my day, I am older than I look. I have been out of college for 13 yrs and am rapidly approaching 40. Yes I know, that is younger than most but still older than my partying days.

So our plans are evolving as well. My parents are coming down from MD that weekend. THey are going to babysitDD thurs and fri so she doesn't have to miss school those days (yup she is in kindergarten now!). They will bring her to us on sat, spend the night with us sat and head on to some other plans they have that weekend. Complicated but it limits the amount of school DD misses and allows us to have some time camping with out her. We also were a little worried about her being bored there for so many days. So this looks like a good situation.

Don't get too anxious Stan, but I am smoking pork shoulder for Saturday dinner, and doing BEEF and/or hot sausage for Fri./Sat. breakfasts.

Aileen, Tommy beat me to the recipe....
We add finely chopped onion, sweet bell pepper, cream cheese, milk and top with cheese, in a baking dish.
Brown in oven until cheese melts....30 minutes or so
WAHLAH....

BTW...my DW advised me that this is called "mashed potatoes supreme"
[so much for "stuffing" the mashedpotato].
