If everything works fine when on 120v then I would think your converter is fine. I would follow the voltage from the battery to the converter and make sure it registers 12v at the converter input. You may have an inline fuse somewhere that is blown.
I talked to the service scheduler at our local Outdoor World and after I described the problem, he laid some knowledge on me.
I never knew the little wired boxes screwed to the tongue were no-reset circuit breakers. I thought they were timer circuits or solid state relays. Anyway... he told me that they were most likely my problem. They ARE massively corroded.
There is a silver ,2post auto reset fuse ( I think they are auto ) near the battery screwed to the frame. That will be it .
