Cargo door hinge pin

I have a Redwood 38 BR and during high wind, the plastic hinge pin on the drivers side snapped. Are replacement pins available either from the factory or third party? I was told that the factory may only sell me a new door. Is there a way to find the part number so I can search on line?

Contact Tiara rv.com. give them the vin# of your trailer and they will be able to help you. Also go to redwood owners group as there are a lot of helpful people that all own redwoods and they have a great technical library

If it's a lippert door contact them directly. The plastic pin cannot be purchased separately it's a set that contains the hinge also. Had this happen to me earlier this spring. Lippert warranted mine since our trailer was new.
