I have a 2014 Sunset Trail and when I hook up the hose to city water I have a constant drip at the connection. The small screen and rubber washer seem to be fine. No matter how tight I make it there is still a drip. I even tried a second washer but that made it worse. Any suggestions?
Thanks Bill
Thanks for replying Stan. I tried 2 different hoses. Both leaked. I will have to try a new screen/washer thingy. I wonder if those are available only in camper type stores?
Thanks Bill
Thanks everyone. I will get a few screens tomorrow. Both my hoses have brass ends. BUT I got them at Walmarts. Not my favorite place to shop.
Thanks again

Do they have the heavy machined brass ends or the thin formed ones? WM sells one in the RV section with machined ends, very nice hose. Not cheap though. Look for the blue hose not the Camco. On another note while browsing I found the Camco quick disconnects for $6.88 while in the garden dept was the same thing in a different package for $4.73. Gotta look around.

Many newer hoses now come with a larger type o-ring instead of the flat washer.
I don't like the o-ring set up but they do work okay and are available where the replacement flat washers are.
I too agree, less tightening can many times work better then using a pipe wrench.
Well I want to thank you all for the suggestions. I bought the heavy duty blue potable hose. Very nice machined heads. Plus I purchased a 90 degree angle do-hickey so when I hookup it aims straight down. Also got 3 new rubber/screens. Hooked it all up and NO leaks. Not sure which piece actually solved the leak, but something did. I went to a local camper dealer to look at their hoses, and the blue heavy duty one from WM put theirs to shame. Highly recommend it. Thanks again for all your replies/help.
