We use Damp Rid Moisture Absorbers. They have a nice, fresh scent and last several weeks. We buy them through Amazon but you can also find them in most retailers such as Wal-Mart, Lowe's, Home Depot, etc.
You might also consider getting a small humidity gauge so that you can track the humidity inside your RV. We pick up one from Amazon for about $12.
