I saw that today. My first thought was are they going to put all their eggs in the Redwood/second coming of Carriage basket and cut Crossroads loose? I mean they have shown a lack of interest in this forum over the last several months and I still see new owners complaining of quality issues. They don't even remove Spammers from here anymore. It will be interesting to see what happens to Crossroads afterintroductionof the new Carriage in September if that is still when they plan the announcement.

I seems to be very telling that Thor is moving Elevation to Redwood. The press release seemed to me to indicate that they wanted to raise the image and quality of that brand above that of Crossroads. What's that all about? Are they saying that CR is a low level, low quality brand these days? How the worm has turned.

Well one thing I will bet you can count on, you won't get an answer on this forum from Tom Montague or any one else in Crossroads management.

It seems as if the management at Crossroads is trying to kill it. and bring every thin to the Redwood line. It seems that they have lost sight of the fact that the sales of Crusier, Zingers, Sunset trails gave the the money to expand, instead of improving the line and expanding on good customer service that gave them there past sales and for some of us we are on our second or third unit. I know Thor policey is to let their managers of each division to handle their own lines and stay out of the day to day management, on a whole this is a good idea, but in this case they need to look at this on going situation. This may indeed be a case study on how to ruin a viable company.
