This is very serious!!
I have a 2013 Washington, with the Lippert 6 pt Landing system.
While setting up my unit, I had a complete system collasp of the front landing gear due to the legs being installed improperly.
Camping world was hired to raise my unit up off the ground and upon inspection of the area they discovered that the front legs were installed wrong.
My unit could have collasped on any day at any time that I have owned the unit for 5 weeks and 5 days.

PLEASE! I am posting this to make folks aware a possible issue that could be LIFE THREATENING.

I would have a unit inspected if you have this system installed. Hopefully My unit is the only on with this issue.

My list is so long with issues to be addressed. I am completly baffeled at the way they send these units out!!!!

(((((( OUCH )))))) Man, I cannot imagine this, any info on the follow-up, from dealer/Crossroads, what kind of damage to unit? Glad no one injured!! Please keep us posted.

No info yet from CR.!!!!!!!!!!!!
But, it only has been 3 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am getting over the shock of what happened, and now I need a whole lot of customer service.
Damage???? Cannot even closemy door at gas bottles.Bent frame I assume.

There may be some benefit to filing a claim with the NHTSA here:

I'm kinda speechless. To be honest - I'd find a legal avenue to make them take the unit back and compensate you. After that, I'd be looking elsewhere.

WOW That is crazy!!! You can bet I will be taking a good look at my landing gear, just bought a 305SK last year at Hershey.

now that just sounds flat out crazy. I would be giving them an earful. definitely use some of the links above. Also Tom Monatagues email is on this forum somewhere.
