So, anyone know of a super small/micro RV that is similar in size as a Scamp?
I have a sister that is looking for something like this.

Casita, EggCamper are currently in production, also maybe Parkliner. There are many more brands available as used units. Check out www.fiberglasrv.com for more info. Then there is also the Aliner and TrailManor in folding hard sided trailers.

What is she towing with? We have seen some T@B's with small slides that look nice, and towed with a Jeep Liberty.

An R-Pod or T@B would be a good fit for that if she likes the shape.
Trail-Manor's are nice, but they have drawbacks similar to a fold-down.

In addition to casita, rpod, tab and scamp, there are several other small trailers that a cherokee could easily handle. There is palomini by palomino, sportsman by KZ, and forest river makes wolf pup, and evo. livinlite makes the camplitealso.

I saw three of these this summer while camping. Quite the rig. Very compact and they have an add a room as well as a tip out. All three we saw were pulled by small SUVs.

Full featured, yet compact. Economically priced, too!

Assuming the Cherokee is a 6 and AT, the towing rating should be 5000 lbs.
That's what my 1996 was. I towed 3500-3800 lbs for a number of years with no issues.
That opens up a whole range of TT's.
