Casita, EggCamper are currently in production, also maybe Parkliner. There are many more brands available as used units. Check out www.fiberglasrv.com for more info. Then there is also the Aliner and TrailManor in folding hard sided trailers.

In addition to casita, rpod, tab and scamp, there are several other small trailers that a cherokee could easily handle. There is palomini by palomino, sportsman by KZ, and forest river makes wolf pup, and evo. livinlite makes the camplitealso.
Definitely check out the R-Pod. My BIL pulls his with a mini van.
I saw three of these this summer while camping. Quite the rig. Very compact and they have an add a room as well as a tip out. All three we saw were pulled by small SUVs.

Assuming the Cherokee is a 6 and AT, the towing rating should be 5000 lbs.
That's what my 1996 was. I towed 3500-3800 lbs for a number of years with no issues.
That opens up a whole range of TT's.
