No Power in TT

Connected shore power from my garage to TT for the first time since winterizing (15A > 30 A > 50A). Microwave works, but nothing else (battery is disconnected). My Surge Guard 30A Model 34830 shows L1=122V, 122V, 1A.

I’ve checked and toggled all the breakers in the GFCI as well as the breakers in my garage. I have also plugged the Surge Guard inside my house and receive similar readings on the screen.

I had it at the dealer last month to check a Crossroads recall. I remember disconnecting the TT from the dealer shore power when I went to hook up.

What am I missing?

Try connecting the battery to see if it makes a difference.

Checked only battery connection; lights, slides worked. Connnected to power bypassing the Surge Guard, and had full power. Thankfully, I purchased the 2 year plan last year. Exchanged it for a new one tonight. Problem solved.
