My Zinger has a propane quick connect. Does anyone know the size of the male coupler needed for the quick connect?

It looks like my air compressor quick connects but they are too small to stay in.

I'multimatelylooking to connect my Coleman Road Trip grill to it so if there is a source that has propane hose with a male quick connect on one end and perhaps a 1-20" male on the other - that would help!

RV gas quick connects are going to be 1/4" 0r 3/8". My guess is it's 1/4". Do not use the air compressor type quick connects for gas. I think the two types are intentionally made different so that you can't use them together.

I got mine at CW they have a large selection. If you are going to connect your camp stove be sure to remove the regulator from the stove. The pressure from the connector is already regulated.

Yeah I found a post on rv.net where another RoadTrip owner removed the regulator from the grill and hooked it up to his trailer.

This is what I use to connect to LP for my wave heater.
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0024E62OI/ref=asc_df_B0024E62OI1542809?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&am p;tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=asn&creative=395093&creati veASIN=B0024E62OI

I found that not all 1/4" male connecters are the same. Local LP suppler had them but there was just a slight difference and it wouldn't snap together with the one I have. Like previously stated--- don't use the connecters that are for your air compressor. They don't have the seal required for LP.

Pretty sure those are MB Sturgis model 250 fittings. I too was looking for a 20' hose to remote my small grill but for the same $ buy a 5lb dedicated bottle.

New here, was the size ever determined? I have a Sunset Trail SS222RB. I have the quick connect female by the back bumper but don't know what size male to purchase to fit. I called Crossroads Customer Service because I can't find anything where they even mention the quick connect in the owners manual. They were totally clueless as to the size off the fitting they installed on my one month old TT. I'm told it is either 1/4" or 3/8". By the time you pay $50.00 for a hose with the wrong size connector and pay shipping both ways if you have to return it I'd like to get the size right the first time. Does anyone know the size? !/4 or 3/8

Just go to an RV place and buy one. They are for propane and are different from the natural gas for your home bbq.

I tried several local places and never could get one to fit. I finally gave up and got a tee from Amazon that I hooked up at the tank which also eliminates the extra regulator problem.

Thanks, I was thinking the same thing.

Just to see what I could find out, I called a Dealer who had the same TT as what I have in Ohio. He wasn't sure and called Crossroads and they couldn't tell him. So I am about to give up and buy a matched set and remove what came with the TT and put a new one on. That way I know it works.
