Surge Protector Recommendation

Looking for a recommendation on a new surge protector, mine stopped working, I believe I may have dropped it on a concrete pad. I had a TRC 30 Amp Surge Protector on my 2013 CFL 28CS Cruiser Aire 5th Wheel.
The newer models have a lot more features than my original unit.

Thanks in advance for any input.

In my opinion, I would definitely go with Progressive. I have had good experience with them. They have a lifetime warranty. I had one for several years and it stopped working because rain shorted it out but still protected my camper. Called progressive and had to send them a picture. They sent me a newer model with the rain shield. https://www.progressiveindustries.net/our-products.

Don't buy one through anyone but an RV dealer or through progressive industries directly. They do not stand behind the warranty if bought through 3rd party like Ebay, Amazon, and etc.!

I looked up your link to Progressive Papa-T. I probably really need to upgrade to an EMS over a surge protector. Where did you purchase yours from Papa-T.

A lot of people really seem to like the Progressive Industries EMS brand. That life time warranty is a really big deal.
Years back I hard wired in the Surge Guard. It has served me well, but certainly doesn't have all the added features that the new ones come with today.

Went with the Progressive Industries 50 amp EMS hardwired and so far it has worked flawless. Also opted for the monitor so we know how many volts and how many amp draw is on each leg and if there are any fault codes. Just have to get used to the red lights of the readout.

I am leaning towards the Progressive EMS-PT-30X. My local RV dealer is Pushing the Hughes brand.

I had the one similar to Lloyd's, but a plug-in model, many years of service.

I originally purchased my first one in 2016 and I think I ordered through Camping World. Then Progressive replaced it under warranty in 2018.

To follow up on my thread,
I went with Hughs PWD30-EPO. I liked the Bluetooth feature and board is field replaceable. I wish it had a longer warranty then the advertised. See how it works out.
Amazon is scheduled to deliver today and heading out west tomorrow. Thanks for the input.

I have the Hughes 50 amp model and use it interchangeably on my 50 amp Reflection and, using a dog bone adapter, 30 amp Fox Mountain. Been working flawlessly for 2 years now.
