To cover or not to cover

We recently moved from New Mexico to Tennessee. No humidity to high humidity. I always used a cover in NM from November to March to protect against the intense sun as well as the wind blown dirt and grit.

I am wondering if I used my cover in Tennessee to protect against the leaves and debris from all our trees if it's going to create a mold issue.

It's a Tyvek premium cover with air vents built in. It worked very well in NM and has withstood 50MPH wind gusts as well as snow and blowing dirt/dust/sand.

Looking for real world experiences, not opinions.

Thanks
