Update Camper crashed at CW

We are pleased to say CW is covering all damages to our TT. Finally was able to involve the Regional Manager after going on rv.net and calling CW corporate offices.
For some reason the CW employees were unable to give me a straight story and it was inconsistent between them. That is why we were disappointed mostly.
RM tells me an overnight camper in their lot witness the camper shake from inside his camper. When he came out the person who hit it was already going down the road.
I asked when did the accident happen? RM tells me on Sat, I asked why did they wait til Tuesday to call with the bad news. He tells me there is no excuse for that. I have a feeling they have some issues to work out.
CW has owned up to being responsible for TT on their lot in for service. They really need to handle these kind of situations better.
All parts are ordered and getting ready for next trip.

Glad they are taking care of you. But like you say they need a better way to handle situations like this in the future.

Great news but you never should have even had to pursue it.

Glad to hear they are stepping up to the plate. I suspect negative publicity had something to do with it.
