Hi Jim
I also have a 2009 Seville and to answer your question, the middle port is for the antifreeze. Just insert a small section of hose, just long enough to put into a bottle of RV antifreeze, then turn your pump switch on and it will draw the antifreeze into the plumbing system. Make sure you turn the hot water tank bypass valve, as well as the yellow valve behind the hot water tank. This will prevent pumping all the antifreeze into your hot water tank. Then just open up each tap until the antifreeze comes out and you should be good. If you have any other questions, please let me know. I can send you my phone number if you would like. Happy winterizing.
