Sorry ! The Craigslist post has expired, but the rvtrader site is still available.
This 5er was designed/built for the fulltimer, has all the comforts of home & the best part is park it where you like.

UPDATE!
It's still available, waiting for the right person ready to go fulltime!
Someone said "that's awful expensive", well it's1/2 price of new, all the issues have been taken care of, except for MorRyde IS the suspension tires & brakes have been upgraded. Sounds like a bargain to me!!

RV Trader has a 2012 36’ for $43,000 and a 2014 for $52,000. Not putting yours down but in order to sale you might have to drop your price. My experience selling my own units is you have to be competitive with the others in the same range or better below if you want to sell it. Of course it’s just my opinion for what it’s worth. Good luck.

Gotta agree with PapaT. When we purchased out used trailer last fall, the seller gave a good deal saying if he doesn't sell it for that price in the fall, it will be worth that price in the spring anyway, plus he'll have to pay another 8 months storage. We picked our up 5G less than what any were asking, plus he threw in the Reese WD hitch, plus quite a few other things, 30A extension cord, tarps, things like that. There always worth less tomorrow than they were yesterday.. and if you wait long enough everyone can afford it.

Yep! They're ALL worthless to everyone except the owner & everybody wants a bargain!
When either of you price to sell something I'd guess you also start a little higher in order to have a little haggle room, same as every dealership selling cars/trucks/rvs/boats, they don't post the actual out the door price.
After looking at those you pointed out the only thing in common is the brand, 1 isn't painted with no w/d & the other is year newer but has less options also, so yes they want less but you'll also get less. I too have a storage compartment full of items that go with the deal.
There's also several '18s posted for $25-30k more than mine, all with less options, but have a factory warranty, in my opinion the warranty is not worth that kind of $$$.
I understand what you're saying, but I don't have to sell it & am not going to give it away. If giving it away I could've traded it in, the dealer offered $28k trade in when he had others on the lot he was selling for the price I'm asking, I laughed & left.

Danny has his rig at a fair price point considering his options, upgrades and modifications. This is a highend residential fifthwheel built for full-time living or extended says. Can't blame him for shaking the tree every now and then, someone may want to upgrade.

Thanks Jim, I thought the price was in line for what's offered.
