The big issue when moving from a TT to a fiver is the pin weight. There is no option for a weight distribution hitch so basically 100% of the pin weight is on the truck's rear axle. Road ready, it is very ez to exceed the truck's rear GAWR, especially for a 1500 series truck. And almost w/o exception, it is the tires that limit GAWR.
The second issue is clearance between the top of the truck bed and the underside of the fiver, which should be at least 6 inches AND keeping the trailer towing level. The dealer should set everything for you, but pay attention. The Zinger may have multiple mount holes for the leaf springs to adjust trailer height.
Third issue if you have a short bed truck is cab to front cap clearance and how sharp you can turn w/o damage.
