The software to control things was there but didn't do anything. The service reps at the time (dealer and at Crossroads) were vaguely aware that it was installed but didn't have a clue what it did. I don't believe anything but the tablet was installed but hope I'm wrong. Guess I should call them again to see if they've since been trained on it.
My unit is not a high end one and was one of the first to get a tablet. Does anyone have any knowledge of what, if anything, the link pad is good for?

Update: As a result of this thread I recontacted Crossroads and found them more knowledgeable after a year. They sent me a pdf manual so I was able to set it up and my lincpad now works for lights/slides/stabilizers! Can't wait to play with it on the road.
If you have had the hardware replaced and still have a problem, I would think that the problem might be software setup or a wiring problem since its somewhat unlikely both sets were bad from the factory. Just a thought.
Hope you get it sorted out.
