Why did your dealer deny the claim???? Is it the factory or the extended warranty? Also, have you tried contacting Crossroads directly??

We bought ours in October 2013 so it's just over the year mark but we do have the extended warranty.

Like I said as well it's went from the dealer to our lake property then home for the winter...
