I might try to put a piece of trim up on the ceiling using some type of short screw. I have never had great luck with adhesives and there is a lot of "bounce" going down the road so a mechanical device like a screw is going to hold better. A trim board of some kind could be screwed in several places and the board itself would help spread the weight out. Just use a screw long enough that it would get into the framing above that thin ceiling board. I am sure you could find out from CR how that is framed. My biggest concern would be making sure the screws were not so long that they pop through the top. I get the feeling that the ceiling is pretty thin on the slide out roof.
