Glad to hear your dealership is trying to take care of you. Check the work out really well. Also ask for an extension on warranty for that problem. Thanks for the update.

ours was cracked found out down in the keys, just put some silicone on it until we were home and warranty covered it. We called the dealer and let them know, as it was the first time it had been in the rain when it leaked.

I got the X-Tra Ride. I have heard good things about it, but have not used it yet. May have to on this. I will let everyone know how it turns out.

Dealer called today. Said Crossroads was covering everything! They are even replacing the back wall. Wished me a Merry Christmas and said should be ready soon after the first of the year.

Stopped by today to see my camper. It was in the shop with the rear skin pulled off. Should be done soon.

You can see several cracks in the skylight. It also feels like one corner is not attached and actually had water in under it. There is a chip missing there and sucked it out best I could with a twisted paper towel. Looks like some mold on the inside.
I just replaced the front skylight in my SF28BH, it was broken when a squirrel knocked a large pine cone from about 100 feet above me trailer. As I removed my old skylight, I was disappointed to see the lack of workmanship during the installation process. Several of the screws were driven in too tightly and had caused cracks or breaks in the old skylight.

Now your trailer has an Alpha rubber roof and you'll need to use a Alpha rubber roof self leveling sealant. I bought 3 tubes of beige 1021 self leveling sealant from Trekwood.com, here is the link:

http://www.trekwood.com/products/465...be-Alpha-30-Cs.

I found a very good replacement skylight on Amazon, it is a bronze 14" x 22" replacement skylight. Here is the link:

http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KFIAWZU/...140_TE_3p_dp_1.

Now, your issue may be covered by warranty but if not this information should be helpful.

If you do have to replace the skylight yourself be very careful as to not damage your roof. I used plastic putty knives. I used Goof Off Adhesive Remover to clean up the area around the skylight hole. With Alpha 1021 it is not necessary to have the old sealant 100% removed but the rubber roof does need to be cleaned. The whole process took me about an hour and a half.

That's ok. They are replacing it with a heavier/thicker skylight.
