Need to replace hinge for outside kitchen door

I can use any advice where to find a replacement hinge for the outside flip up door for the kitchen area. The hinge is 42 inches wide and is cracking. The closest I have seen is a hurricane hinge but they're still quite different. Thanks

What year and model of camper do you have. That information will help. Also a picture of your current hinge if you have it. That said a direct replacement may not be avaliable so you may have to modify another hinge. I believe the hinge came from the door vender as part of the door assembly so it may not be avaliable separately.

The more information you provide the better we can help and a good way to do that is to add a signiture with the make ,model and year of your camper.

The hinge is for a 2012 Zinger ZT-230-FB. I have attached a picture. Thanks

Thanks for the picture. Unfortunately the only thing I came up with was a few post's of the same problem. Some say they had to modify / make another hinge work but did not give details. Is there by chance a sticker anywhere on the door as to the manufacture? Just a long shot. Also if you did a search for a replacement door by the size then contact that door manufacture they may sell just a hinge. Good luck and I will keep looking also.

Have you considered/tried a piano hinge?

It would need to prevent water leakage. I guess some kind of cover or flap could be used. Also to reply to dagst1, there is a tag saying Lippert Components but they do not list the product any more. Thanks for your replys

I have contacted a service rep. for Zinger. They tried to find a hinge but as dagst1 mentioned earlier the only replacement includes the whole door. I will probably try using a piano hinge and some kind of seal. Trying to decide whether to replace the whole hinge or just the cracked area. Also I'm not sure of the open width of the needed hinge. Again thanks for all the suggestions.

You usually buy piano hinges in fixed lengths, then cut it to the need length.
Make sure it is a stainless steel one.
