Yes. My brand new elevation 3912 lost the front half of it's roof all the way back the the first AC unit.
Took it to the dealer and turns out the roof had not nearly as much glue as needed. In fact, almost NO glue holding the middle down. CR has approved a $6,000 repair to replace my entire roof and some of the wood underneath just to make sure no water damage occured.
I discovered my roof had torn up in a truck stop on I-81 headed back home from DC to Atlanta.
Dealer has been awesome, CR quickly approved the repairs, but it's not OK that this happened to a 70K rig.
I'm happy that I now have a BRAND NEW roof that I trust has been glued to the extreme and I'll have NO issues with for a long time to come.
