Hi. Question. Third trip of 500 miles plus. Traveling in Vermont and Canada from Rhode Island. Upon arrival in Quebec after appx 200 miles we found a quantity of fiberous sawdust along the interior wall forward of the commode. There is no perceptable void at the ceiling or floor. My immediate thought is carpenter ants, however there have been no visible ants in the interior of the RV (cf305SKP 2011). Mice are not suspected we had glue traps and electronic prevention and absolutely no droppings or signs of mice. The roads have had construction and many bumps. I am really perplexed by this. Sorry for the long story but I felt I needed to supply info to get your help. Ideas, thoughts appreciated. Thanks. What do you think Lloyd and others/

I bet you have an overhead crank open vent with exhaust fan in the ceiling right in front of the commode. Right? Look that over a little closer and see if you can spot any sawdust up there around the edges.
CR is notorious for leaving there sawdust from EVERYTHING, laying right where it falls.

Just what Lloyd said. I once left the bathroom Fantastic fan thermostat on from the night before. Then while towing during the heat of the day, the fan turned on and did a great job of pulling all the sawdust out of the furnace ducts and deposited it all over the bathroom. Least I didn't have to pay for one of those duct cleaning services.

Total agreement with the above posters about they leave sawdust everywhere. The one & maybe only positive about sawdust is it is messy but clean so no real harm done!!JMHO

It's not just Crossroads - they all have this issue to a more or lesser degree.

Our first year we took ours up to Niagra Falls via Ohio and it literally shook all the sawdust out of the walls and ceiling. If we lived up there the Dodge would have to go, the roads were pretty rough.
Guess we are spoiled down here.

Saw dust in my previous Cruiser, actual butt ends of trim cut offs and wire run plugs all under cabinets in my Forester. They aren't particularly clean in any brand!
