Running lights on trailer don't work

The turn signals and break lights on my 2017 ST 250RB work, nut the running lights do not. I have connected to two different vehicles with the same result. How do I troubleshoot this problem?

Run a jumper wire from your trailer's battery + terminal to a probe, which you can touch to the proper plug pin (pin 3). The -, or ground side, will take care of itself. You should be able to light the lights. If not, the most likely suspect (because of movement, vibration, etc) is the connector itself.
See attached diagram.
