Shower door

i just noticed that my shower door has come off track at the door closure. I'm not sure of the make or model of this shower stall but I'll try to give a description of my problem.

It is a corner unit shower with a wrap around shower curtain with door closure in the front. One of the leading uprights holding the curtain has come out of the bottom track. This upright fits into the wheeled track at the bottom and a pin at the top. There are three screws holding a rubber bumper onto the wheeled fitting that runs along the track at the bottom. I removed these screws and removed the rubber bumper but the wheeled portion does not come off and there does not appear to be anything that the upright fits into. I could not see any broken off parts that would indicated what the upright fit into.

Has anyone else had this problem.

So, you are looking for the place to secure the upright at the bottom?
I am thinking that it is a typical shower enclosure where the whole thing is basically held together by the weight of the sliding door.
Is it a hinged or sliding door with partitions?
It is very difficult to picture. Pictures would help us a lot.
When searching for parts for my shower doors, I found a manufactures label on it, and went from there. You might look hard for a clue who makes it.

Thanks Wingerdinger for the response.

I was back to the trailer this evening with a few tools and figured if it is broke I can't make it any worse. I figured how to unhook the stiff plastic shower curtain that encloses three sides of the shower. I did find a small tag that was rolled up in one of the corners.

The shower and or just the curtain are made by SEAmerica Shower Enclosures with P/N 160NA Left. I also unscrewed the flange holding the curtain from the wall and removed the curtain and the metal upright that had the piece broken off the bottom. I took a few pictures and will post to see if anyone knows where to get the part which slides up inside the upright and is somehow attached to the roller-shoe at the bottom. This roller-shoe travels on a track on the shower base.

I will Google for the part and/or contact the manufacturer but if someone knows exactly where to get one, I'm all ears.
Uploaded three pictures
1. the broken insert that goes in the bottom of the upright,
2. the bottom end of the upright with the broken part still inside.
3. the roller-shoe on the track

the company is Shower Enclosures of America.. based In Ontario Canada.
I vaguely remember the name.
Back in 2017-18 I called them to get new door handles for my shower.
They still have don't a real website, just an information page.

https://www.seamerica.com/

Good luck with your fix.

Thanks. I had that info from my Google search. They are located in Ontario but that is a city in California not Canada, ha!

I did find a part number ARC-B-STL-INSERT-180 that seems identical and is for one of their showers but was not for the same style as mine. I will contact them tomorrow and see if they have the part for mine.

Thanks for the input on this.

I finally did make contact with SEA in Ontario California. I left a phone message, as well as, sent an email.

I received a phone call by the end of the day and after giving the model number of the shower they identified the parts I needed. There was no charge for the two Stile Inserts and the shipping was around $36. to Canada. The parts are being shipped by UPS and hopefully I will receive a tracking number.

If dealing with SEA for shower parts be reminded that they are not set up as a retail service but appear to honor their products. I found leaving a message and an email worked best otherwise you won't get through on the phone as it seems to take you around and around to the same message and different companies.

Thanks to all that responded to my call for help.
