What is this drain?

I've only owned my trailer for about a month so I haven't totally figured everything out yet. In the picture below, I know the drain to the right is obviously my fresh water tank - what are the two side by side drains on the left?

My guess would be those are your low point drains.

Yes I believe you are right. Is one for the cold piping and one for hot? Not ever owning a trailer before, I assume I only need this when winterizing?

Hot and cold low point drains to drain internal lines by gravity.

I agree - low points. the odd one by itself is probably freshwater tank.

One is cold water, one hot, for draining water line during winteraztion. Be careful and watch for o-ring on cap , I opened mine and closed it right after purchase to check everything worked, put cap back on and it continued to leak found o -ring on the ground, reinstalled no leak.
