At least I'll be closer to repair any water leaks you may have.

Steve said it I DID NOT mention water leaks! Or have any comments on any situation that may or may not have arisen to precipitate such a comment

You guys are killing me. I remember it well, there we were just arrived at the rally meeting new people and getting all setup. Then much to our surprise we had a river under the trailer. Shut the water off and pulled everything out of the pass thru storage area and ahh yes the leak is found. There I laid in the soaking wet carpet trying to fix the leak with 6 or 7 guys standing around drinking beer throwing all kinds of advice at me. Steve finally comes through with the parts needed to make a fix. Good times, good times......

If it weren't for the beer drinking and advice, the leak would have never been fixed.....

And the quantity and quality of advice changed as the beer consumption went up. I wasn't there but have been around enough of those situation to appreciate it...

You know I just might have to arrive earlier than I planned.

I have a mental picture of portable bleachers and coolers being rolled around to watch and kibitz the backing abilities of each arrival.

It's funny but I had no problems with my BP trailer. And I can put a 53' flatbed anywhere but this &%$# 5th wheel. Hopefully I will have it figured out before April or I just may arrive early... Then I can be in the bleachers....

It would be hard to top what I did at the Texas rally a few years ago. Nothing like turning on your black flush and then have three or four guys walk up and want to visit over a cold beer. I will let you figure out the rest of what happened. I did not know what had happened until my wife yelled out the door she heard water coming off the trailer roof. It wasn't fresh water or rain.......

If you sign up for a pull-thru site then the only worry is entering the site the wrong way and having the hookups at your front door.

Keith is like me, he doesn't like to drink alone, unless he's by himself!

I must say that my ears blushed from the words that came out of Keith mouth. I had to put ear muffs over Hoover ears so he would not ask what those words were

If I remember correctly the only hope for rain in Texas is the CR texas rally .
We are checking to see if we could make it from here.

As of this morning I have 22 rigs signed up. I only reserved 25 sites for the rally so that leaves 3 for anyone still wanting to come to the rally. If those three get taken I can try and see if I can get a couple more but with a rally right in front of us and one right after it may be tough.

I called and spoke with Buckhorn this morning and if we get the 25 sites filled that I reserved they will work with anyone else wanting to attend the rally above the 25. One other thing, just because you have a site number does not mean you will be in that site when you check in. They will do as last year and fill the rally loop first then try and get the rest as close to the loop as possible. Three of us have already been moved off the loop because we will be staying the week after the rally and they are going to put us in pull thru sites so we can keep them the entire time we are there as opposed to moving the Sunday the rally is over. No big deal to us as we are still located within easy walking distance of everyone else.
