Okay it looks like the 25 sites I had reserved for the rally are full now that Ronnie and Dedi Wehba from Sweetwater, Tx. have registered. Anyone that would still like to attend the rally can call the park and see if they have an open site the dates of the rally and if so reserve a site and let me know by email. The park usually has open sites but the sooner you make the reservation the better the chances are of you getting one. Looks like this is going to be the biggest Texas rally yet!

I guess the weather channel was confused then, maybe it is for tomorrow. I walk in, and Janet said there was something wrong with her car. She said it will not start. Being a GM product that just turned five it was the battery, had to replace it. In the old days it would have been car shopping time

I don't even know what rain looks like anymore. The last we saw at our house was the first part of May and that was only an inch.

Still working on it. It will probably be closer to time of the rally before we will know for sure. We are 450 miles away. We have a 2 year old and a will be 5 year old by then. Right now about 250 miles at a time is all that works well with the kids, especially the 2 year . I am hoping she get better at riding this year, our oldest started getting better at that age. I do not know if I will be able to break the trip up into 2 days that time of year. We will have to see how busy the storm season makes us working. We stayed at the state park in Kerrville before our youngest was born, we really enjoyed the area. We will do our best to schedule it.

Sounds good. I am sure you could probably still get a site within a month or two of the rally if you decide you can make the trip. We really enjoy the SP as well (well now it is owned by the city of Kerrville) but I wish they would install 50 amp on the sites on the hill on the South side of the highway.

Buckhorn is trying out something new. They are now cooking breakfast in the barn Sat & Sun along with dinner (hamburgers etc) on Fri & Sat nights. As of now, there is no outside flames allowed at all do to the burn ban.Edited by: sking

Well that is not going to make the wife happy, we just ordered a new outdoor propane fire pit for our trip there for New Years. Not much time left to get enough rain to get the burn ban lifted.

I would like to welcome Mike Elliott from Benbrook, Tx. to the rally list. He has been signed up but we thought we would wait until he bought a trailer to make it official. Edited by: Hunter11
