Frank thanks for the help, I will be leaving Benbrook Thursday the 19th.Which way are you going?

The current plan is for us to leave East Texas on Thurs and head down. We will either go over to 35 and down or over to 281 and down. Last month we came back up 281, not impressed with 281 at all. Stay in touch and we can go down together, however we do it. 35 is full of construction from Hillsboro south.

Take care I had one put in in 1999 and chugging along, so far.

Hey Mike, glad to hear that you are on the mend. You will have plenty of help with setup. Shoot, for some of us, setting up a 29RK will be like old times. See you at the rally.

Thanks Tim and Larry.... I will take you up on the help.

It looks like I will be following Clif and Millie. We have not worked out the details, but I am excited to meet them and have someone to travel with.

Well if Camping World's word holds true we should have our trailer for the rally. I was beginning to wonder. I guess my post under the new "Dear Marcus" section of rv.net got someone's attention. I just got off the phone with the store manager and the district manager and they said our trailer will be ready next Friday 4/6.

Way to go Keith. I hope all is well with the RV sometimes you have to express yourself to get their attention.

Keith, you did the right thing! We do not pay this kind of money to have our units sit somewhere waiting to be repaired...a few days or even a week, sure...but for the length of time you've put up with...no, that is intolerable...good for you

Jim, I hate to have to resort to something like that but Marcus wanted feedback and he got it. They are even going to run it through their "RV Spa" for a full detail no charge to us for the trouble. I hope our trailer enjoys the day at the spa........

Been reading upon all of the posts. Looks like everyone is getting excited about the rally. Well we are too. Had one of the front jacks replaced last week. Having a window replaced (Those nasty rocks from the lawn mowers.). Cleaning up the inside and out. It should all be ready when we head out on the 17th to arrive on the 18th. Hope to see all of you there.

Keith - good work! Sorry I've been so quiet. Work has been veryhectic. Can Barbara andI still sign up for breakfast on Saturday? We'll be arriving sometime on Friday April 20th. Is there anything else we need to bring aside from ourselves and a desire to meet all these great folks? Is there a dinner, or other group gathering planned?

Thanks,

Tim

Jim, looking forward to seeing you and Gloria again. We still need to talk a little retirement over a cold one.

Tim, you bet you can. You are on the breakfast list. We are having a pot luck dinner Friday night (Fajita/Taco Bar) and Saturday (BBQ). I will try and get the food list posted up here shortly.

Bruce, I'm sorry did I forget to put you on the list? I have been trying to keep all my emails and PM together of who is bringing what but I probably missed something. Here are my thoughts on the list, I think we have everything pretty much covered so why dont we wait until we get there and see what all we might need. There are two large grocery stores within about 5 miles of the park that we can go pickup anything we might need. I knew no matter how hard I tried I would forget someone on a list somewhere. My working is getting in the way of my fun.....

Tim I have the Road House room as part of the rally so meals will be inside. It seats 100 people and has a full commercial kitchen.

Keith, Thank you for all your hard work on putting this together.

I am looking forward to the Rally. As I said back when I signed up, this will be my 1st rally.

I think I have settled on the Marathon Tires. Still checking prices on the Maxxis.
