I think at this time Janet and I can not make it. 1400 Miles is a little too much for us to drive in one week end. We will out on the back burner, and if the Gods smile at us we migjt be able to work in a walk about. Unfortunatley Janet has the W thing. I will live this rally through the post here thank You Frank and Janet

Ok not much sleep last night lots of discussion, New plan Janet is actually going to put in for some of her Vacation time. Will make reservation today (I Think the real reason is she got Hoover a new Longhorn collar and wants to have it blessed by being in Texas).

As of right now I have 14 signed up with reservations. I asked the park to put people in the pull thru sites right next to the "rally loop" once it had filled so we would all be in one area. Still waiting on a couple of people that were on the old list that I have emailed about the change in plans.

Just to let you know, this park offers a cook to order breakfast on Saturday mornings in the Big Red Barn as long as they don't have it booked for some other activity. This is also where we get our trailer washed and waxed for $4 a foot which we will be doing at New Years when we are there and at the rally just in case anyone is interested in getting theirs done while you are there. I also have the Road House room available to us for our potluck dinners.

Berry Springs called today toinform me that the rally would not be there and did I want to cancel my reservation. Does a bear go in the woods? Look at it this way, Berry Springs could get 15 Winter Texans in for three months rather than 15 of us for two nights. Good for business, terrible business sense. The new rally park is rated highly VS the low rating of Berry Springs.

Yep they called me also, Iwould have spent four to five nights there probably would have been close to what a winter Texan spends enough.

Does anyone have site 6005 in the rally loop? Looks like from a couple of post the rally loop should be full but on my list I don't have anyone in site 6005.

When I called and made my reservation the lady said all sites were full in the loop and when I asked about some she told me the names of the folks in the sites.

You might call the park for I think 6005 was one I asked about.

Got the scoop, 6005 is a pull in for a Class A so that is why it will not be assigned for the rally. For those of you arriving early and leaving after the rally dates the rally rate is good for up to 3 days before or after. We will be arriving on Thursday and will leave Monday.
