Condensation

Took the camper out this weekend noticed condensation along the wall at the floor by the door all the way back about 6ft. I could see it in the cabinet under the sink, the wood is soft by the door too, wall & floor feels solid. Is there a pipe that runs in the wall that could be sweating? Here's a pic by the door. I was probably about 28 outside, it only did that Friday night not Saturday night. You can see the paper peeling from the pressboard

Using the RV in the cold along with breathing, furnace, etc will cause condensation on the inside. Leave a window slightly open or a dehumidifier to stop/slow this down. Unless you have a leak (you didn't mention if it was raining) it's probably from living in it when the outside temps are real cold.

Wasn't raining, something isn't right cause the pressboard is soft from moisture and the paper is coming loose

There are no water lines in the side wall. However there are several other possibilities. There are water lines under the sink that can leak, either a slow drip or a fine mist spray. A drip can run down a line, drop onto the vinyl floor and then travel further til it finds a hole in the vinyl or hits a wall. I had a similar issue this weekend, but I had forgotten to install the pressure regulator at the outside faucet and I'm camped at a location with extremely high water pressure.

Also, there are water lines under the floor and these frequently run between the initial two floor joists, which means directly under the door. All the lines are PEX and very tough, however a screw or nail from installing the plywood or securing the cabinets to the floor could create a leak that would spray onto the underside of the plywood. Excluding that, leaks are going to be limited to connections only, i.e. tees and elbows, which would be under the false floor of the sink base or where the line turns 90 degrees to cross to the street side of the trailer.

What does that drain pipe go to? It is possible that it leaks only under heavy drainage/usage. You can cover the area with paper towels and check it often to see when it gets wet i.e. after a shower, rain, sink use etc.

could be leaking behind the cabinets and away from view and trickling to where you see it . maybe you can take some panels off to investigate.

The sink in my jayco used to leak at the faucet, but not all the time. It took me a while to find it. As unusual as it sounds it only leaked at intermittent times.
I put a pan under it until I found it and fixed it.

Check the drain pipe joints to be sure they are cemented , not just dry fitted.

I see cement around em all, I guess it's condensation, to much of an area to be a leak that can't be seen

My question is--why would there be sooo much condensation in that one area? That is, if it is condensation.
I would lean more towards a leak.

Could be leaking on the roof at the vent stack and running down the pipe behind a cabinet??

It's been raining all day, it's dry now. Gonna plug it in at home & turn on the heat see what's happens, I'm thinking it must have something to do with the pipes that are in the cabinets, maybe the cold air coming off them
