Glad I happened upon this post as I was going to be ordering a new Rushmore this month. The main reason for a repeat purchase was the excellent warranty (2 + 5)and service we received on 2009 Seville. From my experience I wouldn't order a Crossroads product without a longterm structural warranty. Been at the factory a number of times for service, structural and otherwise. Seen many rigs in there for structural repairs. One year doesn't cut it. Will be looking elsewhere for my new fifthwheel.

A crappy trailer is a crappy trailer, even if it had a six year warranty. I would rather have a good trailer that didnt need a warranty then one I had to get repaired all the time. I think to many of you are focusing on the warranty period and not if the warranty is needed or not.

That's exactly my point. I personally have been back to the factory 3 times for major structural repairs including sagging floors and cracked wall and delaminating panelling. I am still happy with my unit, but would have been royally p*ss*d ifI hadn't had a 2 + 5 extended warranty. Also been at the factory when others arrived for similar repairs. If there are few claims, then why stop offering the warranty because it shouldn't cost you anything. FOOD FOR THOUGHT!!!

<h1 ="title">12-Point Promise

</er>
<div =" clearfix">

CrossRoads RV offers a one-year warranty backed by our 12-Point Promise.

  1.
CrossRoads Direct

A big deal - we are authorized to administer not only our warranty
but the warranty of our vendors for the entire year. Having this
in-house will allow us to deliver quicker service times, happier dealers
    and more satisfied retail owners.

  2.
Quick Assist

An industry first - we provide each coach with two hours of service
time to quickly diagnose and fix issues without prior pre-authorization.
This dramatically shortens the time it takes our owners to get back on
    the road.

  3.
24-Hour Factory Support

We provide access to a CrossRoads employee, 24 hours a day for timely, knowledgeable responses.

  4.
One-Hour Work Authorizations

Our pledge to our dealers is to quickly and efficiently turn around authorization times within one hour of the dealer request.

  5.
Emergency Parts List

By providing our dealers a list of parts that 1) would render the
coach unusable or 2) are frequently used, we can better ensure our
dealers are prepared for potential issues and can get our owners back on
    the road without lengthy delays.

  6.
Dealer Stock (our claim, their part)

Making it easy and efficient is what NGV is all about. Allowing our
dealers to quickly diagnose using Quick Assist, then allowing them to
submit a claim and use their in-house parts to fix the issue is designed
to be quick and easy for everyone.

  7.
Dedicated Supplier Reps

For added piece of mind, CrossRoads has partnered with the industry's
largest supplier to provide unparalleled support by having two
dedicated CrossRoads reps on staff to quickly resolve issues.

  8.
NGV Ownership Delivery Process

We care - our NGV delivery process ensures our owners are not only
comfortable with their purchase but they understand how to use, maintain
    and fully enjoy it.

  9.
DSC Support

The Dealer Support Crew (DSC) is tasked with redefining the
relationship between CrossRoads, our dealers and our retail owners. How,
you ask? By increasing dealer visits from CrossRoads employees, by
opening up lines of communication between Customer Service Departments,
by enhancing the Delivery experience and finally making sure your
CrossRoads product makes a great first impression by being Show Room
    ready.

  10.
Six-Month Ownership Satisfaction Guarantee

Peace of Mind - Owners can bring their new purchase back to the
selling dealer for a six month check-up on CrossRoads' dime to further
    enhance the ownership experience.

  11.
Show Room Ready Inventory

To help ensure CrossRoads product makes a GREAT first impression, all
CrossRoads sales staff and the newly formed DSC will inspect dealer
inventory during visits to ensure our product is SHOW ROOM ready.

  12.
Coach-Net 24-Hour Roadside Assistance

Each CrossRoads product comes standard with one year of Coach-Net for
additional peace of mind while our customers are traveling.

Kinda sucks the warranty is only one year but if its a good product and holds up with no problem no big deal sucks they changed the care package thought it was a good idea actually but at least they're not advertising it any more if they're no longer doing it.

Been living in my unit fulltime for almost 5 years. Even with fulltime use, major issues did not appear until year three. The automobile industry pulled up their socks making cars better so were able to offer a longer warranty. IMHO Crossroads has done the exact opposite. Make it cheaper and shorten the warranty to avoid costs. If the product is good, no problem extending the warranty. Shows how much faith Crossroads management have in their product.

Timonbik,You are exactly right! Cross Roads management must know that they are making a inferior product. I did not know about this forum before I purchased my unit. If I had , I would have done a little more shopping! I purchased my unit in Nov, lived in it for a month and had one fairly major issue. After repair I stored it for the winter. Going out this weekend for a camping trip. So we will see. I work away from home alot and live in my unit for months at a time. Before this I had a forrest river travel trailer and omly had one minor issue with the AC unit in 5 years time. I hope I dont regret my decision.

#10 you used to have to go back to the dealer in 6 months to keep the warrenty going. I stated for years that I thought it was a money grab and should be eligal. I hope cossroads finally realized it was.

Hello all, I just wanted to update this. I emailed Bill Stout regarding the customer care package. I just stated that I had purchased my unit before they changed the "12 Point Promise" and I would like to make sure Ireceived it. Couldn't have gone any better he asked for my address and I got it in the mail a week later. Can't say enough about my dealings with CR customer service thus far!

Two things of Proflex(white & clear) Camco RV wash & wax, leather cleaner, tire gauge, 3 putty sticks and some other spray on wax. Also the 6 month satisfaction certificate. I think that's it.

Just email Bill Stout I never called. He took care of it right away. Make sure you put all your purchase date and VIN#. bstout@crossroadsrv.com

Interesting. We have leather furniture in our Cruiser Patriot 345RF. So I disagree with this statement.

I have a Seville which came with Luxor leather furniture. Not real leather. Looks like leather but is not unless it comes from the Nauga animal which has a canvas backing on all its pelts. After I complained they gave me the money back for the leather option. If you are brave enough, take a BBQ lighter and brieflyput a flame to your furniture. If its leather, it won't MELT. Good luck on that one!!!

Probably more like faux leather than the real thing. They can't afford to put real leather furniture in a Cruiser and stay on price point. We have some friends with a Rushmore and their furniture is fuax leather. Crossroads use to offer a "leather" upgrade couch from fabric on the Cruiser line for $100. Does anyone really believe for that price you are getting the real thing?
